Please plan to attend only one night. Tickets are $20 per entry and include 1 Bingo board and 1 raffle ticket. Each student must have a designated adult at the event; this is not a drop-off event. Each adult must also purchase a ticket for entry. Additional Bingo boards and raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event, as well as concessions and assorted Willard merchandise. All purchases will be cash only, with the proceeds from these fun nights benefitting the Willard HSA. 
 
For those who have been unsure about attending a big group event like this in the past, we encourage you to consider it. If you think your child would benefit from a quieter experience - and/or arriving early to find a table and waiting is very difficult for your child - the HSA can reserve table space for you on the perimeter of the room (furthest from the speakers, near the California St. doors). For this seating, you must purchase Bingo tickets and email your request to the HSA (willardelementaryhsa@gmail.com). Additionally, the art room will be available both nights as a quieter space to take a break with a sensory bin. We will also offer a live streaming of the event in the art room for anyone who would like to participate in playing Bingo in this sensory-friendly space. This option will be available all night for anyone who wishes to use it at any time and does not require an advance reservation. Volunteers will be in place to ensure the experience is optimal for anyone who chooses it. Some children may also wish to pack noise-cancelling headphones from home.
