Committee Chairs

Baby Board Committee

Organizes a baby picture wall for all 5th graders (on display at the end of the school year)

Banner Committee

Creates, orders, and distributes promotion banners (lawn banners) to all 5th grade students

​​​

Breakfast Committee

Coordinates a catered and parent-served breakfast for 5th grade students in the auditorium 

​​​

Class Gift Committee

Researches and purchases a gift for Willard School from the graduating 5th grade class​

​​

Graydon Class Party Committee

Plans an end-of-year party for the 5th grade class with food, entertainment, and favors

​​

Kickball Committee

Coordinates a kickball game (with treats and water) for the 5th grade class and their parents/guardians

​​​

Memory Book Committee

Creates a memory book with dedicated pages for each student in the 5th grade class

​​​

Photo Coordinator

Responsible for communicating with parents/teachers to collect photos throughout the year and works with volunteer photographer to shoot Promotion Ceremony

 

Promotion Ceremony Committee

Works with 4th Grade parent volunteers to decorates the auditorium for the Promotion Ceremony and plans a light reception for parents/guests afterwards

Sixth Grade Mixer Committee

Works with parents across schools to plan a mixer (dance) at GW Middle School for incoming 6th graders from Orchard, Ridge, and Willard

​

Slide Show Committee

Creates a slide show shown at the 5th grade Breakfast, with pictures of every 5th grader's time at Willard
